Strength training provides so much more than we think.

As we get older, our bodies start to experience muscle loss called sarcopenia.

This is a huge risk factor for disease as we grow into our sixties and seventies.

We naturally lose our muscle motor cells, so let’s try to keep those as long and as strong as possible!
